The article tells what gear and how carp is caught. What nuances must be observed when fishing for carp.
Fishing for common carp belongs to active fishing and requires constant movement in search of paths along which the fish moves from their shelters to feeding places. Therefore, it is necessary to feed not only the main fishing spot, but also at least two additional places.
It is important to remember that the carp is very careful. If the place of fishing is noisy, then he can pass by a fed place. It often happens that when fishing, a lot of noise is created and a school of fish leaves the fishing area. Therefore, it is recommended to make maximum efforts and try to take the caught carp to the side from the point where fishing is carried out. There should not be a scream, tramp, or other noise on the shore, since all this is alarming carp.
Fishing in a pre-fed place should be started before dawn. It is necessary to come to the place of fishing even in the dark in order to have time not only to perform control feeding, but also to lay out gear. The first casts should be performed as soon as it begins to light. Carp approaches the coastline at night. If the fish starts to fold in the feeding place, this may mean that the bite will be excellent.
A variety of gear is used to catch carp. The most common is a fishing rod and bottom tackle. We consider each separately in more detail.
Carp fishing rod
It is used for fishing from the shore or from a boat, where the current is not strong or "backwaters" are formed. Note that the carp is strong, so it is important to choose a powerful tackle for catching it. The rod must be rigid and have the ability to withstand strong jerks. Spinning can be used for fishing with dough from 80 to 100 grams and a length of three meters or a special carp fishing rod, the length of which is 6 meters.
The coil must be power and have a beitrunner in its design. After casting, the rod is mounted on special stands at an angle of 45%. Note that it is at such an angle that the least pressure is exerted on the line from the current side.
Fishing line is used at least 0.3 diameter. The leash should be slightly thinner than the main line. As a rule, fishing line with a diameter of 0.25 mm is used for its manufacture. It is important to responsibly approach the choice of hooks. Note that the black numbers hooks 6 show themselves in the best way. The hook tip should look a little to the side.
The float is selected from the conditions of fishing. If the depth allows you to use the deaf, in all other cases it is recommended to install a sliding option. As for the sinker, it should only be sliding and not create resistance when biting. When choosing a float, it is especially important to pay attention to its color. Ideally, if the selected float will have natural shades, such as the color of reeds or vegetation, which is located in the place of fishing. Be sure to read about the float!
Carp Bottom Tackle
For catching carp, it is used much more often than the first version of gear. The explanation is that in most cases you have to fish at a distance of at least 10-15 meters from the coast. You can use a feeder or ordinary tackle with a sinker as tackle. The equipment consists of a swivel, a leash, an anti-twist on which the sinker is installed. A hook of number 8 is installed on the leash, as already said preferably black.
After casting, the tackle is installed at an angle of 45% and a bite signaling device is installed on it. It is important to note that the installation of the gear must be reliable, otherwise the carp after biting can simply pull the gear into the water.
It is not necessary to carry out a hooking after a bite, since the carp cuts itself at the moment of bite and the first jerk. But as regards fighting, you should not try to do it by force, because at the moment of a jerk it may not be able to withstand the fishing line and will simply break off. It is important to note that the friction clutch must be released during the entire time of survival.
In the event that the sazan managed to take the tackle into the snags, you just need to put the rod in place, but at the same time the line should be in a tense state all the time and wait until the sazan comes out of the snags itself.
Sazan "opponent" is serious and continues to resist to the last. Therefore, you should not relax even after he was able to bring him to the sucker, as he can sharply turn around and tear, as a result of which the fishing line or his lip can break. Read more about fishing on the donka here.
