Baked pike perch with tomatoes and cheese

How to cook pike perch with sour cream, tomatoes and cheese.

Diet pike perch can be the basis for a delicious dish. This river fish can be cooked in the oven using the following ingredients:

  • zander (whole or fillet) - 2-4 pcs.;
  • sour cream - 200 g;
  • tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • Refined vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp .;
  • lemon - 1/4 pc.;
  • spices for fish (optional: marjoram, tarragon, pepper, thyme, rosemary) - to taste;
  • dill (dried and fresh) - to taste;
  • salt - 1-2 pinches.

Bake zander

Separate the fillet from the peeled zander, cutting the flesh from the bones. You can buy ready-made.

Rinse and chop the pike perch in portions. Place in the baking dish with the skin peeled down. Salt, pour squeezed lemon juice. Sprinkle with spices as desired.

Grease the fish with sour cream.

Lay the sliced ​​tomatoes on it. Sprinkle with dry dill.

Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.

Bake in the oven (at a temperature of 180-190 degrees) for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot or cold with fresh dill.
